My journey began with learning to make traditional wicks, pooja-related products and handmade crafts. Although I hold a postgraduate degree, circumstances made it difficult for me to pursue a conventional job.

With family responsibilities and limited opportunities, starting something of my own seemed like a distant dream. There was a time when finding even small opportunities to earn was a challenge.

During the COVID-19 period, I began making wicks and other products for someone who sold them. The income was small, but I continued working with dedication — day and night — because I believed that my skills could one day become something more.

In December 2020, I got my first smartphone. Soon after, I joined a Facebook business group. At that time, I did not even know how to create or share a business post.

The friends I met through social media patiently guided me and helped me understand the world of online business.

Along the way, I also expanded into food products after obtaining the required licence. Today, what was once a struggle to find work has become a journey filled with customers, creativity, responsibility and purpose.
